You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and shipping instructions to return the defective item. We pay shipping costs. See the Return Request Form which is included with every online order for further instructions and return shipping address.

All electronic novelty items are inspected and tested prior to purchase to ensure functionality.
